Overall, the Carolina Tri-Mex Journal and the Maryland Tri-Mex Journal focuses on environmental justice issues, equality, energy, environmental education, health/wellness, and academia.

It is essential to acknowledge the results of an issue and the consequences residents are forced to deal with daily. Open forums and dialogue are critical. The Carolina and Maryland Tri-Mex Journal are a free quarterly educational publication distributed quarterly.

The Carolina Tri-Mex Journal proudly serves North Carolina, South Carolina, and parts of Georgia.

The Maryland Tribute-Mex Journal proudly serves Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
